If you find that the wrong product has been sent after receiving the product, please contact our store within one week to arrange a replacement (all products that have been disassembled or used are not eligible for replacement).

⋄ All antique accessories may have traces of use or defects, please consider carefully before purchasing

⋄ Once the used products are sold, they will not be returned or exchanged

Other reasons such as color difference, damage caused by the recipient or personal reasons will not be accepted for replacement or refund.
