Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from Hong Kong and are available to local and international customers. Delivery times are calculated in business days.

• In-stock items: Shipped within 3 business days after payment, via SF Express smart locker or in-store pickup. Tracking details will be emailed.
• Pre-order items: Usually arrive in 2–3 weeks before dispatch. Mixed orders ship together by default; contact customer service to ship in-stock items first by SF Express collect.
• Shipping fees: Free Hong Kong delivery to SF Express smart lockers; international fees are shown at checkout.
• Estimated delivery: Hong Kong 1–2 business days; Taiwan/Japan 3–7; other regions 7–14, excluding customs or logistics delays.
