Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped from Hong Kong and are available to both local and international customers. Delivery time is calculated in working days (excluding Hong Kong public holidays, Saturdays, Sundays and international holidays).

In-stock items : Orders will be shipped within 3 business days after payment is completed (using SF Express smart lockers or in-store pickup). Tracking numbers will be sent via email.

Pre-ordered items : Please wait 2-3 weeks for delivery before shipping. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-ordered items, they will be shipped together by default; if you require in-stock items to be shipped first (SF Express collect on delivery only), please contact customer service for arrangements.

Shipping costs : Free shipping within Hong Kong (SF Express smart locker); international shipping costs will be calculated uniformly and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery time : Hong Kong local time 1-2 business days; Taiwan/Japan 3-7 business days; other regions 7-14 business days. Delays due to customs or logistics issues are excluded.
